Trusting Family

Even when kids make questionable decisions, it doesn’t always mean that they are wrong. In the story, the conflicted feelings and the challenges the protagonists have to endure allow them to realize the true meaning of the word “family.” One of the most dramatic moments in the novel is when both sets of twins are almost at the culmination of their destiny. Their new-found sister had to make a difficult choice between staying with her new family, whose destiny depends on her, or going back for the brother that she has known for her whole life. Their goal, fundamentally every family member’s goal, is not to just keep the unit whole but to keep it in harmony.
